The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and deliver exceptional customer service. On top of that, they are welcoming, attentive, and incredibly sharp in what they do.  Verified Amazing tailor Excellent tailor. Super accommodating and very chatty; helped me with everything I wanted and gave suggestions on how to improve the fit of the suit. A service like this would cost 10 times as much back in England. On top of this they even offer a shipping service.

 Verified Best in the business I came to Exclusive Tailors wanting to find a good suit and the team there beat everyone of my expectations. The experience from start to finish was amazing and faultless. They have an amazing selection of materials for both suits and shirts. I walked away with an amazing suit and two shirts. The team were amazing from the original fitting to the alterations making you feel welcome and at home. I not only walked away really happy with the purchase I’d made but I walked away knowing I’d highly recommend a visit if you’re in the Phuket area and in need of a suit. My only issue is that I live in England and won’t be able to visit again for a long time!!

 Verified Amazing experience Me and my wife went to Ecxlusive Tailor after seeing a positive review on Instagram. Upon arrival we immediately felt heartly welcomed by the professional staff. They were very attentive and informative about the upcoming process. It took 5 days and 3 appointments to fit and finish the suit and shirts, the results were amazing. They also alternated one of my old suits and two shirts to an inpressive improvement. We truly recommend Exclusive Tailor - don’t waste your time chacking other alternatives.

They were very friendly and professional and they helped me a lot to choose the right color and fabric. At the start, I planned to buy only 1 suit.  Verified The best and most trustworthy tailor in Patong - recommended by senior Swiss executives I have been buying suits in Thailand for over 20 years (Bangkok and Phuket), the last time in Phuket two years ago at a tailor that has since sold his operations. Overall, I must have bought over 50 suits in Thailand - some good, some bad, some ugly. Exclusive Tailor in Patong, and its owner Johnny, were personally recommended to me by two close friends, both senior executives from Switzerland with significant experience in Thailand, both have actually lived and worked in Phuket. At first, I was a bit skeptical due to the Bangla Road location. But my Swiss friends were definitely right: this store is excellent. At Exclusive Tailor, I bought a traditional costume (19th century style), a black smoking, a smoking shirt, a dark blue blazer, and a light grey suit (2 pants, vest). I was very impressed by Johnny's and his staff's professionalism: the measuring was smooth and quick - and with the first fitting just two days later, was almost perfect already! This is rare in my case, as I am quite tall with long arms, I usually take 3 to 4 fittings. The quality of the garments is supreme, and Johnny provided great guidance and tipps on fashion and style. For example, my very traditional black smoking now has some cool dice and blackjack logos woven on its inside. Or my blue blazer now has the last buttonhole on the sleeves woven in a different color, the same as my initials on the jacket's inside. I am very much looking forward to wearing my new suits in Zurich. And I am told that Johnny regularly travels to Switzerland to cater to his longstanding Swiss clients. I will definitely check that out, too. This tailor is excellent, highly experienced and trustworthy. Not exactly cheap, but you will get the best quality and fabric, as trusted by and recommended by many Swiss clients that, like myself, wear suits every business day.

Having sought them out after seeing positive reviews online I was blown away at the attention of detail, speed to service and professionalism throughout the process! I purchased 2x suits and 2x shirts all made to Measure. Arrived on Monday for a fitting where fabrics were shown and designs discussed By 8pm the following day the garments were ready for first fitting Within 48 hours the garments were ready and perfectly fitted. I fly out of Phuket tomorrow so Suni has had them delivered to my hotel this evening. Cannot thank you guys enough these suits will get some good wear and I intend to get in touch for future suiting needs!

Firstly the service and professionalism by the staff is wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking and working with both Soni and Sam, who were both really good and made med feel involved and informed about the making of my suits. The suits and shirts are also amazing. You have absolut choice of how the suit will end up looking. So many different materials and color to choose from. I came in on Thursday, chose what materials and color i wanted and what type of suit. After some measurements we were done. Saturday first fitting and Monday second. My two suits and two shirts got delivered to the hotelroom on Tuesday evening. Perfect fit, not one part of the suit felt “okay” everything was just perfect. So if you’re looking for professionalism and perfect suits this is the place to go. They also save your measurements so you can order suits from home.
