Overall, I must have bought over 50 suits in Thailand - some good, some bad, some ugly.

Exclusive Tailor in Patong, and its owner Johnny, were personally recommended to me by two close friends, both senior executives from Switzerland with significant experience in Thailand, both have actually lived and worked in Phuket. At first, I was a bit skeptical due to the Bangla Road location. But my Swiss friends were definitely right: this store is excellent.

At Exclusive Tailor, I bought a traditional costume (19th century style), a black smoking, a smoking shirt, a dark blue blazer, and a light grey suit (2 pants, vest). I was very impressed by Johnny's and his staff's professionalism: the measuring was smooth and quick - and with the first fitting just two days later, was almost perfect already! This is rare in my case, as I am quite tall with long arms, I usually take 3 to 4 fittings.

The quality of the garments is supreme, and Johnny provided great guidance and tipps on fashion and style. For example, my very traditional black smoking now has some cool dice and blackjack logos woven on its inside. Or my blue blazer now has the last buttonhole on the sleeves woven in a different color, the same as my initials on the jacket's inside.

I am very much looking forward to wearing my new suits in Zurich. And I am told that Johnny regularly travels to Switzerland to cater to his longstanding Swiss clients. I will definitely check that out, too. This tailor is excellent, highly experienced and trustworthy. Not exactly cheap, but you will get the best quality and fabric, as trusted by and recommended by many Swiss clients that, like myself, wear suits every business day.

  Visited Patong for the second time last January and I knew Thailand was a great place to have custom suits made, but I also knew there were a lot of... read more them and got much solicitations from salesmen to visit their shop, so I did some research first and this one website was really enthusiastic about Exclusive Tailor, so I was like: let’s give a try and boy did I NOT regret!

As I knew they can work really fast I still came to visit them the day after I landed to let them plenty of time for the fittings/crafting and in case some more needed to be done. I pretty much knew what kind of suits/shirts I wanted, colors, style, quantity but when there was uncertainty the team has been of great advice and service for example the coat it terms of style or what length should this and that be and so on.

The end result was just mad perfect, details, fitting, suggested fabric that feels very comfortable wearing them. They even manage to perfectly craft a specific type of outfit for my mother that wasn’t even in their scope, kudos for that! And all of it can be delivered at your hotel !

All in all, great team, great service they know how to welcome a customer, great crafting, great end results – 5 stars totally deserved and can’t wait to come back to have some more made and enjoy a coffee and those Indian crackers
